Join TV chef, author and cookery teacher Tim Maddams for two free half-day workshops. Learn how to embrace quality Welsh game meat and get in on the menu!
The workshop will explore game meat myths and methods, game recipes, prepping and cooking with game meat as well as tasting, pricing and getting your customers excited about game. This is a series of workshops being hosted by Game Meat Wales and partners who are proud to show just how much of a game changer cooking with Welsh game meat can be.
Workshops are being held at NPTC Newtown College on Wednesday 23rd November and at Coleg Llandrillo, Colwyn Bay on Thursday 24th November. Registration is from 9.30am for a 10.00am start. Free parking, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
