Hosted by restaurant critic, broadcaster and author, William Sitwell, join Holland & Holland for an exclusive day of shooting, dining and celebration of all things game at their Shooting Grounds. Head Chef, Joshua Hunter has teamed up with an all-star cast of celebrated game chefs to produce an exquisite tasting banquet, following a morning of sublime simulated game shooting.

A selection of sporting targets have been prepared by our
instructors, offering unrivalled simulated game shooting, in squads
of up to six (singles welcome). Clays and cartridges provided.

Charity Auction
A short live auction will be hosted by William Sitwell,
with proceeds going to The Country Food Trust.
