Indulge in the Essence of the British Countryside: The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust Hosts Inaugural Wild & British Dinner at Sussex Restaurant, Soho

On Monday 18th September the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust (GWCT) are hosting their first Wild & British Dinner at Sussex Restaurant, Soho, London. This Dinner is a moment to learn about the Trust’s unique role in delivering the scientific research that underpins good game management, which goes hand in hand with achieving better biodiversity.

The event also offers the opportunity to celebrate all that is loved about the countryside with a unique and delicious menu from The Gladwin Brother’s Restaurant Sussex. All the ingredients are seasonal and British, and it is a superb occasion to revel in what the Great British Countryside has to offer.

The dinner hopes to educate those not already familiar with the Trust and raising much-needed funds which will go towards the fantastic work the GWCT does for the British countryside. This money will fund the scientific research needed to help influence policy and practice.

The evening commences with an elegant English Sparkling Wine reception from Sussex’s own vineyard, setting a tone of sophistication and conviviality. Subsequently, guests will be treated to a lavish five-course feast, featuring culinary delights like partridge popcorn and grouse liver parfait, among other mouthwatering creations. The menu is truly incredible and will long be talked about after the event.

An exciting raffle will further elevate the occasion, offering attendees the chance to win an extraordinary shoot day at GWCT’s Farm, The Allerton Project, nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Leicestershire.
