These are great Christmas treats, either served as a canape or with mash and gravy as a main course.

| 4 x | Venison & Game Burgers |
| 4 tbsp x | Jumbo rolled oats |
| 1 x | Green chilli, finely chopped |
| 3 tbsp x | Runny honey |
| 50ml x | Bourbon Whisky |
the burgers, oats, green chilli, honey and bourbon whisky and mix together well, breaking up the burgers completely into a smooth mixture.
roll the mixture into 8 balls slightly larger than a golf ball, place on a baking tray and bake for 35 mins at 200°C until cooked through.
a delicious show-stopping side at Christmas or any roast dinner for the rest of the year!
