5 Ingredient Christmas Stuffing Balls
These are great Christmas treats, either served as a canape or with mash and gravy as a main course.
|4 x||Venison & Game Burgers|
|4 tbsp x||Jumbo rolled oats|
|1 x||Green chilli, finely chopped|
|3 tbsp x||Runny honey|
|50ml x||Bourbon Whisky|
the burgers, oats, green chilli, honey and bourbon whisky and mix together well, breaking up the burgers completely into a smooth mixture.
roll the mixture into 8 balls slightly larger than a golf ball, place on a baking tray and bake for 35 mins at 200°C until cooked through.
a delicious show-stopping side at Christmas or any roast dinner for the rest of the year!
