These are great canapes that can be served hot or cold, easy to cook but packed full of delicious flavour. Choose between smooth or crunchy peanut butter for your preferred texture.

Ingredients

Serving 4
  Ingredients
2 x Pheasant Breast
1/2 x Lime Juice
1 tsp x Honey
1 tbsp x Curry Powder
1 tbsp x Soy Sauce
3 tbsp x Peanut Butter
170 ml x Coconut Milk

1. Cook the

pheasant breast in the air fryer, oven or in a pan then put to one side.

2. Now make

the satay sauce by combining the lime juice, honey, soy sauce, curry powder and peanut butter in a small bowl. Add a splash of water if it’s too stiff.

3. In a pan

to the heat and pour in the satay mix along with the coconut milk, gently stirring while it slowly heats up for around 5 minutes.

4. Once the

satay is all combined remove it from the heat. Put the pheasant breast on to cocktail sticks and dip them in the satay sauce. Alternatively, you can place the satay sauce in a bowl and give people the option to dip in the pheasant themselves.
